1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the fb99 platform available at fb-99.biz (the "Platform"), you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. All of the foregoing documents are incorporated herein by reference and form a single binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and fb99 (the "Company").

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on fb99, you must complete the registration process and create a single account (the "Account"). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active fb99 Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via shared devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fb99 will close all associated accounts, void any bonus balances, and may withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by fb99, although your payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes via mobile banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. fb99 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 3.3.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

4.5 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, wagers, and winnings on fb99 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is required for players based in Bangladesh. fb99 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, fb99 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms and any additional terms specified in the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Validity

Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematically exploiting mathematical certainties across promotional offers, wagering on low-variance outcomes solely to meet wagering requirements, and any other behaviour that fb99 determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes an attempt to misuse the promotional system.

5.5 Eligibility for Promotions

fb99 reserves the right to limit the eligibility of specific promotions to certain player segments, geographic regions, or payment methods. A promotion advertised on the Platform does not constitute a guarantee that every Account holder is eligible to claim it. fb99's decision regarding promotion eligibility is final.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports betting markets offered on fb99 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are accessible within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result, fb99's decision — made in accordance with the applicable sport rules and any official result confirmation from the relevant governing body — is final and binding.

6.2 Casino Games

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fb99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without human intervention.

12 Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your fb99 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat and requesting permanent account closure. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed to your verified payment method. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

12.2 Closure by fb99

fb99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) the Account holder has breached these Terms; (b) fb99 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation; (c) fb99 has reasonable grounds to believe the Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; or (d) the Account holder has provided false identity information.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 9 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and any outstanding financial obligations — shall survive.

13 Changes to These Terms

fb99 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fb99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or minor clarifications) may be made without prior notice.
